Hiring : Portfolio Manager

PT Partner Satu Tujuan (One Goal Partners) is looking for a Portfolio Manager to join our growing team.

This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of startup or SME investments. You will work closely with founders to monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and align strategic directions. Key responsibilities include portfolio analysis, risk monitoring, capital deployment planning, and stakeholder reporting.

Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate banking, venture capital, startup consulting, investment analysis, asset management, or portfolio management.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and early-stage investment dynamics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working across various industries and business models.
- Certifications in financial analysis, venture finance, or risk management are a plus.
